Our story
Enji was born in Mad Devs. As an ISO-certified company, Mad Devs prioritizes automation and transparency, and engineers needed a tool to help them achieve their goals. First, they created a bot to send reminders to write stand-ups. Then, it grew into a product that collects data on employee performance, from stand-ups to task trackers that management can use to drive growth. In 2023, Enji became an independent company.
