AI Summarization
Learn how Enji uses AI (Artificial Intelligence) to analyze and generate employee activity reports based on worklogs to save time. Users can check the daily or weekly summarization report and stay updated on the progress of their projects.
The Summarization widget is displayed on the project page under the Project Dashboard tab.
Configuration
Navigate to Enji -> Projects -> Project -> Actions/Project Settings -> Summarization tab.
Weekly summarization day – Select the day of the week to receive the summarization (for the last 7 days, excluding the current day).
Language – Summarization can be generated in one of two languages: Russian and English.
Template – Presentation style of the Summarization. Enji offers two types of reports: Daily and Weekly. Each report can be displayed in one of four templates, which users can choose based on their project needs.
The Daily report displays worklogs from the previous day. The days for which the report is generated are marked in the calendar.
The Weekly report displays worklogs from the previous 7 days, excluding the current day. The days for which the report is generated are marked in the calendar. The most recent report is displayed on the Weekly Report tab.
The Daily report is generated at 1:00 AM (UTC), and the Weekly report at 2:00 AM (UTC).
