How to Submit a Stand-up in Telegram
Enji allows teams to submit their stand-ups in Telegram, a popular messaging platform. This is a great option for those teams that already use Telegram for their daily communication.
To submit a stand-up in a project for the first time, the project manager should provide an employee with a link that opens a chat with the Enji Telegram Bot installed in the project.
The user should open this link in a browser and will see a window prompting them to open the Telegram app.
1. Click Open App or Send Message.
2. Click "Start" in the chat window, and the Enji Telegram Bot will open.
3. The bot will automatically register the account, and the user will see a message like the one below from the Enji Bot:
The user can now submit a stand-up. To do this:
- Open the group Telegram chat of a project.
- Write the stand-up text in the following format:
Start with the bot’s name (@enji_bot). Check with the project manager for the Enji Telegram Bot’s name (it will be different from the example below).
3. Send the written stand-up to the channel. It will look like this:
The stand-up has been successfully submitted.
