This document explains what information is collected by Enji.ai LLC.ai LLC when you visit the enji.ai website (hereinafter “the website”), use any other services provided by Enji.ai LLC, or communicate with us by any means, including email, phone, messenger, or any other medium. We are Enji.ai LLC (hereinafter “we”). We are registered in the Kyrgyz Republic and have our registered office at 11 Microdistrict, 14/4, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, 720049.

3.1. Data we collect

Personal Data

We collect and store IP addresses when you visit our website, but we do not actively use them for any specific purpose, except analytics and website security. Please be aware that we may disclose your IP address in situations where we are required to do so by law or where it is necessary to protect our legal rights or the rights of others.

Enji.ai LLC may process your Personal Data because:

  • The processing is in our legitimate interests, and it is not overridden by your rights,

Enji.ai LLC will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy. Enji.ai LLC will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Promotional offers from us

You have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your Personal Data. No fee is usually required

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

What we may need from you

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

Time limit to respond

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

If you are a business, the terms of this policy, its subject matter, and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
