Manage Assets in Enji
The Enji team is proud to introduce the Asset Management feature. With this tool, companies can efficiently track and manage equipment, licenses, and other company/project assets. Assess Management helps maintain updated infrastructure and avoid missing deadlines.
To add an asset, follow these instructions:
- Create a list of Asset Types (laptop, monitor, and other entities) in Administration -> Asset Management -> Assets Types
- A manager adds all Company Assets, specifying the asset type and other characteristics (cost, manufacturer, etc.).
- When an asset is given to an employee, this record is assigned to that user under a specific project.
This method lets management know who has which asset and for how long.
The Asset Management feature is available to users with the following roles: PM, DM, HR, CTO, and Stakeholder.
Easier stand-ups
The StandupBuilder in the Enji interface now allows users to submit a stand-up that automatically copies the previous day’s activities into the status check for the current day. Users no longer need to manually copy the activities into their current stand-up.
In case a user accidentally deletes the log they generated of yesterday’s activities in their stand-up, they can use the Generate log button to restore the previous day’s project log. Previously, users had to recover this list from the general activity log.
Bug fixes
- Fixed sorting in Management Tools → SoW Planning
- Previously, when adding a Comment/1-1 Log, we saw an annoying “Unsaved changes were UPLOADED” notification every 4 seconds. This has been removed.
- On the Home page, users with the Employee role no longer receive the “Forbidden: You don’t have permission to access page” error.
