Major UI Refresh, Multi-Project PM Agent, Security Updates
In this update, we refreshed the interface with unified design themes, added multi-project support to PM Agent, and strengthened platform security with comprehensive updates.

Interface updates

- Conducted a major interface refresh. We've completed a comprehensive optimization of the visual design across all system elements, created a unified color palette with light and dark theme support, and fixed identified design inconsistencies.
Impact: The visually consistent interface with professional modern design has become more intuitive, allowing users to work comfortably with the Enji platform. Significant improvements to the dark theme ensure comfortable information perception and reduce eye strain during extended work sessions, which is especially important for users working evening hours or preferring dark interfaces.
Multi-project access in PM Agent

- Implemented multi-project selection support in PM Agent. Added the ability to select multiple projects simultaneously on New chat, Tasks, and History screens; implemented visual selection indicators, selected project counters, Clear selection and Select all buttons, multi-select in filters, and other technical enhancements in the module. Users now have a flexible PM Agent system for multi-project analytics: you can simultaneously analyze data from multiple projects in one chat, filter tasks and history by project groups, which is especially useful for managers overseeing multiple related projects or work portfolios, saving time on context switching.
Information security improvements

- Conducted scheduled system service updates as part of security enhancement initiatives. Performed planned scanning of all system components, updated system packages and application dependencies, conducted testing, and updated system services while preserving functionality. Enji platform security has been significantly enhanced.

- Implemented detailed logging of SoW changes in profiles and projects. Added automatic recording of all SoW changes (creation, editing, deletion) in profile Changelogs and project Project History with a detailed breakdown of specific changes: expected hours, standups, role, and other fields, with correct role display. HR specialists and managers now have complete transparency into the history of employee project participation changes; you can now track who changed what specific SoW parameters and when, both through employee profiles and project history.
- Improved Final Statuses functionality in Project Boards. Moved automatic status checking to a separate "Fetch Statuses" button (visible only for Jira, active when all required fields are filled), added proper handling of 401 Unauthorized errors, and implemented loader and toast notifications for user feedback.
Impact: Optimized Project Boards workflow: the system now properly handles authorization errors, the frontend remains responsive, and users receive clear error messages and improved user experience.
