PM Agent: Skills

Skills have arrived — named playbooks that give the agent a set procedure for recurring tasks. A skill doesn't give the agent new data or tools; instead, it defines a sequence of actions: what to clarify with the user, which sources to use, and when to delegate to subagents. The result is more targeted follow-up questions, a consistent response format, and less variance in outcomes for similar tasks.

Several ready-made skills are already available for common scenarios: a digest of signals from client chats, an audit of Jira hygiene, meeting analysis, release readiness checks, and the ability to create new skills for your own workflows. If you have a task you handle regularly using the same logic, you can describe to the agent what requests it should apply to, which sources to use, and what output you expect — the agent will draft it, show it to you for approval, and save it only once you confirm.

Skills can be shared across a team. The skills library organizes them by scope — from personal skills to ones published at the project or company level — so a successful workflow doesn't need to be rebuilt from scratch by every team member.

Important note: a skill doesn't connect missing integrations or fabricate data without sources. If a data source isn't available, it will say so honestly rather than making up an answer.

PM Agent and Jira integration

Improved reliability of the Jira connection: fixed a scenario where OAuth reconnection would get stuck in an intermediate "materializing" status. Also improved validation of OpenAI keys — users now receive a clear error message for invalid characters instead of a generic 500 error.

Meetings and reports

The Conference Bot no longer marks a meeting without substantive conversation as fully complete, and no longer sends a report when there isn't meaningful content to include.
