PM Agent Chat Names, Project Access, and Global Button UI
Last Enji's update shows automatic chat naming for PM Agent, improved project access controls, and rolled out our new global button components across the platform.

PM Agent improvements

- Implemented automatic generation of compact chat names for PM Agent. We've introduced a system for automatically creating brief and meaningful chat names based on the user's first message. Instead of using the full prompt text, the system now generates concise and clear names through a specialized ML endpoint. Soon, we'll release an updated chat history interface, and PM Agent will become even more elegant.
- Fixed data source selection for project lists in PM Agent. Configured dynamic project loading in PM Agent. Managers and HR specialists now get access to all company projects in PM Agent, allowing them to analyze and manage any projects through the agent, while regular employees continue to see only their projects, ensuring proper access separation according to corporate hierarchy.

- Added "Show inactive" toggles to Global Worklogs Report filters. Implemented "Show inactive" toggles for filtering projects and employees in the Global Worklogs Report; by default, only active items are displayed, with the option to include inactive ones via the toggle, and the state is saved when reopening filters.
- Deployed updated global button component. Created and deployed a universal Button component throughout the project with a full set of variants (primary, secondary, tertiary, ghost, danger), sizes (s, m, l), states (default, hover, active, focused, disabled, loading) and icon support, replacing all outdated button implementations in forms, dashboards, and modal windows according to the new design.
