Improved Readability and Organization Along with Bugfixes

In Financial Reports, an additional Invoice Status column has been added to the Margin by Project report. By clicking on the "pencil" in this column, users can select one of the following statuses for the project:

• Draft
• Confirmed
• Sent
• Overdue
• Paid
• Void

At present, the statuses do not affect other functions, but they will have an effect on reports in the future. Only users with the stakeholder role can change the status for now. Internal projects have no status concept and cannot be set in any way.

To improve readability, the Enji team made adjustments to Recent Activities. In the Project Report → Activity Feed, different icons are displayed for different types of sources. For example, if the data was received from Github, the Github icon is displayed. Currently, the icons of Jira, GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, and SoW will be visible in Enji. This will help users quickly identify the source of information.

A useful change was made on the Project Profits → Margin by Project page. It is now possible to specify if an amount has been billed to the customer and the expected income of a project. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Click "Expected income" for a project to see a detailed breakdown of each employee’s income by hours displayed on a separate page.

2. The amount that has been billed to the customer for individual employees can be added by clicking on "pencil." An editing window will open.

3. Expected Income can be edited by clicking the "pencil" icon next to the project name.

The current day is now highlighted and marked as "Today." In Home → Statistics, today is highlighted in a different color.

Likewise, in Project Report → Contribution, the present day is highlighted differently as well to allow for easier readability.

The Enji team added tooltips for the "Subscribe" and "Get Updates" buttons in the Financial Information mailing (Activity Feed of the Project Report) and SoW Planning's Bench mailing. The tooltips provide information on the timing of email delivery for better planning and information.

• In Employee settings, there is a new hint for the 'Date of Dismissal' field.

• In SoW Planning, the 'Seniority' filter has been improved.

• Standup Reminders now provide the correct inheritance of stand-up reminder settings. For example, if the 'Reminder Limit' field in the individual settings is empty, it takes the value from the project settings. The reminder limit is the number of reminders sent to users about the stand-up deadline.

• [Authorization] On the authorization page, when trying to log in with an invalid 8-character password, we see an endless loading animation. This has been removed.
• [Worklog Report] User Worklogs are now displayed on the front end.
• [Slack] When trying to add Slack, we get an error. Something went wrong when authorizing this app, and the error has been fixed.
• [Financial Reports] On the Margin by project page the TypeError has been removed that occurred when clicking the Freeze button.
• [Financial Reports] A 500 error occurred when opening a Consolidated report. This has been fixed.
• [Financial Reports] Users with the role DM+Margin report can now access Project Profits: Margin by Project when viewing Expected income.
• [Accounts] Messenger Accounts can now be re-added even if the user was previously deleted.
• [Reports] ProjectionLimited filter synchronization no longer deletes selected options.
• [BACKLOG] The Backlog_parser dag parser works.
• [Standup bots] The "disable from stand-ups" status button is now synchronized in the bot and personal account in Slack.
