Prompt Library, PM Agent Skills, and Workflow Builder Updates

Key additions include Prompt Library for managing prompts and the first MVP of PM Agent skills, alongside new Workflow Builder integrations with Google Drive, GitHub, and Jira. This release also resolves several stability issues affecting integrations and everyday reliability.

Release dates: 07/17/2026

Prompt Library

We've launched Prompt Library — a new prompt library for PM Agent. It's a dedicated tool for reusing and managing prompts: instead of writing prompts for one-off use cases, teams can now shape them into standalone, manageable elements with clear structure, easy navigation, and the ability to share them with colleagues.

This is an important step: Prompt Library turns prompt management from a one-time setup into a full product capability.

PM Agent and skills

Alongside the prompt library, we've strengthened PM Agent itself:

  • Added the foundation for a skills and sub-skills hierarchy.
  • Improved skill authoring within PM Agent.
  • Prepared scenarios for references, giving skills reference examples of responses.
  • Shipped an MVP of skills mode, featuring the first skill — a meeting analyzer.
  • The agent can now create and adapt skills on its own.
  • Skills are organized into a tree structure, with access to branches gated by available integrations and subagents.

In practice, this makes the agent's behavior more controllable: complex scenarios can now be assembled from reusable building blocks instead of relying on a single general instruction each time. This functionality is still in development — a full rollout is planned for later.

Workflow Builder and integrations

Workflow Builder received several notable improvements:

  • Google Drive integration.
  • Support for triggers from GitHub and Jira.
  • JSON import for automation workflows.

This expands automation capabilities: connecting external events and transferring workflows no longer requires manual setup. Workflow Builder is also being prepared for full rollout — this work is ongoing.

Integration stability and quality

A separate part of this release focuses on fixes that improve day-to-day system stability:

  • Improved reliability of the Live Jira integration, including scenarios that no longer require manual reconnection.
  • Fixed SSO issues: auto-provisioning, role persistence, and proper error handling.
  • Resolved bugs in chat, Slack, and Telegram delivery, as well as in the BotFarm connection.
  • Fixed errors in meeting tools, periodic tasks, and internal infrastructure scenarios.

These aren't new features, but they're the changes that reduce failures in production use.

Interface and everyday UX

This release also includes small but useful interface improvements:

  • Updated modal window styles.
  • Improved sidebar.
  • The entire periodic task card is now clickable.
  • Fixed visual issues on the dashboard.
  • Removed outdated elements from personal settings.
