Fireflies.ai Integration, PM Agent,
and Absence Module Improvements
PM Agent has received memory, an improved chat, and fixed periodic tasks — making everyday work with the agent noticeably smoother. This release also includes Fireflies.ai integration, personal absence settings, and platform improvements.

Fireflies.ai, meetings and integrations
Fireflies.ai integration is now available — it can be connected at the company level under Settings → Integrations, or at the individual employee level under My Work → Integrations.
A meetings subagent has been added to PM Agent, enabling more detailed consideration of call context.
Transcription in ConfBot has been improved: GPU mode for the transcriber has been added, monologue stitching into paragraphs has been implemented, and the speaker detection mechanism has been enhanced. As a result, Enji works more accurately with call data and integrates better into team workflows involving meetings.
Absence module: more flexible configuration
The absence module now includes a personal settings layer. Vacation calculation rules can be adjusted individually, days can be added or deducted for specific employees in a convenient form, and the change history is saved with reasons included. This makes configuring and maintaining absence scenarios significantly more convenient for HR and operations teams.
PM Agent: memory, chat, and periodic tasks
Initial agent memory capabilities have been added — PM Agent now better accounts for the context of previous interactions. The chat design has also been updated, response formatting has been improved, and the delete, rename, and share flows for chats have been refined.
Periodic task issues have been fixed: the Add Task and Run flows now work correctly, and the task creation and editing interface has become cleaner and easier to use.
Additionally, error handling for AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) has been improved, and a specific GPT-4.1 hallucination case has been resolved.
Infrastructure and platform stability
This release includes important platform improvements:
- XLSX import expanded for bulk user account mapping.
- Fixed issues with BotFarm connectivity.
- Resolved a case where git data reparsing returned incomplete results.
Profiles and team scenarios
User-facing improvements include persistent contact display on the colleagues page, correct handling of preferred email in imported profiles, and visibility of inactive employees.
