HR Improvements to Reduce Messages and Streamline Data Collection

In Enji, users can now request a 1-1 meeting. To do this, go to the sidebar page and click on the Request 1-1 button. There are currently four tabs on the page:

• Conducted by me – a list of employees with whom the user leads a 1-1
• Conducted with me – who has booked 1-1 sessions with the user as the attendee
• Incoming Requests – a list of requests for the user to attend a 1-1
• Outgoing Requests – a list of requests sent by the user for a 1-1

This reduces unnecessary messages and other communication through automation of the 1-1 process.

A field has been added to the employee card where users can provide a link to an employee’s Resume/CV in the HR tab.

If a link has been added to an employee card, an icon will appear in the SoW Planning report and Internal Costs Report when the cursor is hovered over the Full name field.
