Other improvements

  • Fixed the Previous Projects' history retention after scope completion. We resolved an issue where past project records disappeared from the Previous Projects tab after changing a scope's end date to a date before its completion. The system now correctly displays historical data by switching from the filtered projects_basic view to the full projects table, and worklogs across all projects are included in reports regardless of the employee's current scope. HR specialists and managers have regained access to the complete history of employee project participation, which is critical for career path analysis, experience evaluation, and generating accurate time reports. All worklogs are now counted in statistics even after project participation ends, ensuring the integrity of historical data.
  • Implemented smart user filtering in Worklog Report. We have updated the logic for generating the user list in the People filter; now, all users with activities (worklogs) within the selected period are displayed, regardless of their current scope. The list dynamically recalculates when the date range changes, and the "All" option correctly selects everyone from the generated list. Project managers now have a significantly streamlined process for analyzing work time: no more manually selecting active users from among dozens of inactive ones. The list automatically shows only relevant people for the selected period, saving time on report generation and eliminating confusion with historical project participants.
  • Added Admin periodic tasks functional role for managing periodic tasks. We created a new functional role, "Admin periodic tasks," that provides access to Settings → Periodic tasks with all periodic tasks for all users and projects, with additional logic; if the user has the "Copilot global projects access" role, tasks for all projects are displayed; otherwise, only tasks for projects in the user's SoW are shown. System administrators now have granular control over access to PM Agent periodic task management: you can now assign specialized administrators to monitor and manage automatic tasks without granting full access to all system functions, which improves security and separation of duties within the team.
  • Conducted research and eliminated backend vulnerabilities with risk minimization. We performed a risk assessment for updating backend dependencies to eliminate vulnerabilities and conducted testing of all critical components. This significantly enhanced backend infrastructure security while maintaining full system functionality to protect client data from potential attacks and ensure compliance with information security standards, while minimizing risks to production environment stability.
  • Fixed task type retrieval from localized Jira Server. We resolved an issue with pulling task types from localized Jira Server; the system now correctly retrieves task types in Russian instead of English names, allowing proper configuration of Agile Metrics. Clients using Russian-language Jira Server have regained the ability to fully utilize Agile Metrics functionality; the system now correctly recognizes task types regardless of Jira localization language, ensuring accurate calculation of team performance metrics for all clients regardless of their regional settings.
  • Restored spacing between text and logo on the Company activities page. We added proper spacing between the preposition "to" and the project logo in company activity entries.
