Copilot updates
Now, Enji's Copilot is easier to use and stays with you while you explore your dashboard and other pages in Enji. Each message shows the date and time it was generated. When you minimize the Copilot window, your chat does not disappear. Move between different pages while keeping Copilot open to ask questions and receive insights on the new information you receive.
This is available to users with the following roles: PM, DM, and Stakeholder.
Customizing Agile metrics
Optimized metric analysis
Receiving the most accurate information on your projects is essential to optimizing your planning for future work and budgets, as well as to clearly understand the state of current projects. Now, Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Time to Market include the "Exclude Statues" field, where users can indicate which types of task statuses should be excluded from these metrics.
Separate all statuses in this field with a comma.
Example: A workflow includes the statuses "PAUSED" and "REQUIRES REVIEW." To exclude them from Agile Metrics, write PAUSED, REQUIRES REVIEW in the "Exclude Statuses" field.
Custom name for metrics
It is now possible to create custom metrics and names that will appear on a project's dashboard using the Custom Name field.
Restrictions for Time to Market metric
To ensure this metric provides the most accurate information possible, it now only includes data on an Epic or Story.
The Agile metrics dashboard is available to users with the following roles: PM, DM, CTO, and Stakeholder.
In all Enji lists, Employee Name and Project Name are now clickable links that will take users to an employee's profile or to the profile of the desired project. Move directly to the information required to streamline transparency and decision making.
- Access to Employee profiles is available to users with the following roles: PM, DM, CTO, HR, Employee, and Stakeholder.
- Access to Profile profiles is available to all user roles.
Employee activities in profile
In an employee's profile, use the Activities tab to review an employee's activities across all projects for any given day. Receive necessary information for quick solutions and staying up to date on employee performance without opening multiple pages or tabs.
This is available to users with the following roles: PM, DM, and Stakeholder.
Quick view of employee hours
On any project page, find the Detailed Worklogs tab to receive a breakdown of employee hours on the project. Filters allow users to review specific employees across the project's entire timeline or for a specified period of time, such as one week or one month.
This is available to all user roles.
Test Connection feature for project repositories
When users add a repository to a project, it is now possible to instantly verify if a token provides access to the repository. This saves time and keeps work moving without roadblocks. If done properly, a message "Connection successfully established" will appear.
This is available to users with access to project settings.
