Optimized Designs and Loading Time for Quick Information

Information that is easy to read and understand is crucial for making quick, data-based decisions. When leaders only have a few minutes, the design of a page can help them get the information they need without spending extra time searching for it. To improve readability, the Daily Activities and Recent Activities have been updated. Find this functionality on the project page under the Activity Feed tab.

To improve access to information and its readability, there is now a separate Company Activities page in addition to the Company Activities slider. This new page allows users with the Stakeholder role to view activities across all company projects by opening the Company Activities slider from the Home page or navigating to the dedicated Company Activities page in the main menu.

Besides a separate page, Company Activities will now feature Stand-ups and Worklogs to provide more details on project and business progress. Moreover, a Read More feature has been introduced for all entities on this page to allow users to view a message's full text without navigating to a separate tab.

For easier searching on the Company Activities page, a Search by Name feature has been added. Search for a specific employee by their name to find information about their activities within the company.

Having accurate information is the key to designing an effective strategy. To support leaders, the performance of Enji's Budget and Labor Cost pages has been enhanced with an optimized algorithm that helps these pages load significantly faster.
