Roles and permissions are handled in the admin panel under User Role Management. This page has two tabs:
- People: Accounts that individuals use to log into the system.
- Roles & Permissions: Roles. This page is used for administering roles or creating new ones not included in the list of built-in roles.
In Enji, Administrators and HR managers manage roles.
Administrator
The administrator has two main functions: creating user accounts for authentication and assigning roles.
To create an account:
- Open User Role Management.
- Go to People.
- Click on ➕.
HR Manager
HR managers can create user accounts for authentication and assign roles.
To create an account:
- Open the admin panel.
- Go to Employee.
- Navigate to Account.
- Click on ➕.
