Managing Roles & Permissions

Roles and permissions are handled in the admin panel under User Role Management. This page has two tabs:

  1. People: Accounts that individuals use to log into the system.
  2. Roles & Permissions: Roles. This page is used for administering roles or creating new ones not included in the list of built-in roles.

In Enji, Administrators and HR managers manage roles.

Administrator

The administrator has two main functions: creating user accounts for authentication and assigning roles.

To create an account:

  1. Open User Role Management.
  2. Go to People.
  3. Click on ➕.

HR Manager

HR managers can create user accounts for authentication and assign roles.

To create an account:

  1. Open the admin panel.
  2. Go to Employee.
  3. Navigate to Account.
  4. Click on ➕.
