Bench Tracking
Context: Occasionally, companies run out of projects, and some employees (managers, developers, QA engineers, etc.) are not assigned to any project. It takes time to create a new project for them and allocate (or make an upsell to the current projects). During this time, the company keeps paying salaries – i.e., the company loses money.
This functionality allows you to solve several tasks in a moment in time:
- Understand who’s basically on the bench;
- How much is it worth to the company bench in free hours and money the company loses.
Enji automatically calculates the bench for both the individual employee and the total amount.
